To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a full-time commercial assistant.
Who uses his passion and expertise to guide customers in buying their new bike, accessories, clothing or parts.
Your profile
- You have extensive knowledge of the retail sector and a special interest in the bicycle industry.
- You have a sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You are motivated and flexible, and have a hands-on mentality.
- You have a commercial attitude and feeling.
- You have experience as an assistant shop manager and affinity with e-commerce.
- You have mastered the Dutch perfect (both oral and written) and have knowledge of French or English.
- Saturday work is not a problem.
Your tasks
- You enjoy dealing with customers, have a feeling for the active lifestyle of the cyclist and provide expert advice.
- You will support the shop manager.
- Customer service and the appearance of our shops are your priorities.
- In the absence of the shop manager, you take over the responsibilities and tasks.
- You actively contribute to the turnover of the shops.
- You take the initiative and develop the necessary action points that contribute to further growth and image.
