“Very pleasant welcome by the sales team and workshop at Joeri's place. I had scheduled a major maintenance for my 'Riese-Muller supercharger 1' last Friday and expected parts to be ordered. I called the workshop and was immediately allowed to drop by for a diagnosis on Wednesday. Joeri the technician ordered the necessary pieces plus made a price estimate~. On Friday itself, the bike was repaired and my bike was maintained tip-top. I asked if they could top it up and this was no problem at all. I want to indicate here that the service here is top notch. I can recommend anyone who has a speed pedelec/mtb/e-bike/cycling bike to take this repair place. Friendly welcome/top mechanic and top service! Keep up the good work!”

“A few weeks ago, I brought my son's MTB and my race bike into the Bicycle Factory for repairs to a shifter (MTB) and a gear cable (race). This was all fixed just fine. I also got a call from the mechanic that the chain and cassette on the MTB was worn out. However, I wanted to replace this myself. Started working on it myself this weekend and, of course, couldn't get the cassette off. Just phoned them and they let me pop in quickly. Thanks in advance for the, in my opinion, super good service!”
