To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time shop manager.
As shop manager, you will be responsible for managing your colleagues, optimising customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Your tasks
- You develop and implement the shop strategy according to your sales targets
- You report and take responsibility for your results
- You organise and coordinate daily activities
- You will be responsible for the shop's appearance and actively work on brand awareness
- You coach your team and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere
- You manage all shop administration
- You advise your customers promptly and competently
- Saturday work is not a problem.
Your profile
- You have around 3 to 5 years' experience as a shop manager
- You have an extensive knowledge of retail and at least an affinity with the bicycle sector
- You are commercially minded and result-oriented with respect for KPIs
- You are a networker and enjoy dealing with customers with whom you build loyalty
- You work independently but also know how to manage a team as a manager
- You are organised with an eye for detail
- You have mastered the Dutch perfect (both oral and written) and speaks fluent English or French.
